The Yes Hel Yes is an award winning snowboard, and if you've ever ridden one you know why. The Hel Yes is a board that I've been riding for years, with the 2015 model being my first ever snowboard - and I can confirm that they just keep getting better.

A directional twin with a sintered base, on the stiffer side of the flex rating and the UnderBite outline makes this board incredible when you're carving the fresh morning groomers, to soft snowfall - I even started to learn riding a bit of park on this board. Pops and presses like a breeze, while still being super responsive.

With Camber in between the feet, and Rocker in the tip and tail, this really enhances the board staying afloat on the powder, and is not to be confused with a mellow beginners board. For a more intermediate to advanced rider, I couldn't suggest the Hel Yes any more. A one board quiver, pop in and demo this board today.

Modest Team Goggle, Yellow with Low-light Lens

MODEST TEAM GOGGLE

My go to for goggles is the Modest Teams. These gogg's are at $100RRP, with a spare low-light lens. How can you go past them?

An independant Australian brand, run by snowboarders, for snowboarders.

Being someone who loves supporting smaller Aussie brands,

I had to get my hands on a pair of these.

Running them for the second season now, I've never had an issue

when it comes to fogging, even on those wet snowy days.

The low-light lens works a treat on those days where the vis isn't so great,

and the sunny-day black lens is great for keeping the sun out of your peepers.

LE BENT ULTRALIGHT

I never thought socks would be something I'd rave about in

my top picks for snowboard gear, but here I am. I am a huge

lover of Le Bent and their products. Their socks are arguably

the best thing since sliced bread. The Ultralight are the thinnest

in their range, but still keeps an incredible amount of heat in!

A merino and bamboo blend, they're moisture wicking and

oder reducing. I'm huge on things that are environmentally friendly,

and these socks are some of the most natural things we stock in-store.

Maad GTX Mitt, Oyuki, White

OYUKI MAAD GTX MITT

The last one I reccomend all the time, is the Oyuki Maad GTX Mitt.

These mitts are Gore-tex, which is the best option for staying dry and loads of breathability.

With internal fingers, goatskin leather and tricot lining, they keep your

hands super warm, especially on those high lifts when it's windy and sleeting.

If you get cold hands, these are for you.
