Rhythm x wired snowboard collaboration
Here at Rhythm, we LOVE Aussie music! So, with help from our mates at Wired Snowboards, we've teamed up with four iconic Aussie bands to create the snowboard of your (and our) dreams!
Dune Rats
Our relationship with Rhythm started right after our last album tour in March 2020. We'd started writing our latest LP "Real Rare Whale" in Eden and decided to go somewhere fun with our resident artists/ creative team member Lee Mconnell to talk about the artistic concept of the album. We would drop into Rhythm for gear and the whole crew were so awesome! We got along with Klump and all the legends like a house on fire and instantly thought doing a collaboration would result in something epic.
Speaking to Lee, he knew an explosion of all Dunies art on a board would be insane, so we would talk about what parts of the Duniesverse should make the board. Working on it over a couple of days and late nights, whilst shredding some fresh pow pow, a final concept for a Dunies Snowboard was born. Add to the mix epic board company Wired and we've got a sled we can slay this season!
To celebrate the release of this cool as fuck board, our two teams decided there was no better way to launch it than by having a live show at the snow fields with the Rhythm crew (stay tuned!). We couldn't be more stoked for this Rhythm collaboration and psyched to hit the ski fields soon!
